Clean room, comfortable bed, the breakfast offered a good selection including fresh chapati bread and mushrooms which enhanced our mornings during our four-night stay.
Entirely happy.

Had a great time with friends! The location was handy for visiting iconic spots like Ibrox Stadium and a quick trip downtown. The hotel had a nice bar for evening relaxation, and the rooms were clean and spacious, which was perfect for our group. a solid choice for a fun getaway.
One downside was the breakfast experience. we had a long wait for our orders, which was frustrating. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and it didn't start our mornings on the right note.

the free parking was awesome n the room was pretty big for our stay. wasn't too far from glasgow city center. liked the fridge in the room too, nice touch. had a nice warm welcome by the staff which made us feel real comfy. food in the restaurant was better than expected, really enjoyed breakfast.
only thing was the double bed felt smaller than usual and we had some trouble with check-in because the room was booked for just 2 adults and a kid, that was kinda annoying.

We loved how close the hotel was to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast had a fantastic selection. My boys particularly enjoyed the hot cooked breakfast each morning.
In my wife’s opinion, a children's play area would be great.

The hotel's decor was delightful, with bright, cheerful spaces that felt welcoming. Accessibility was superb, with easy movement around public areas, making it a breeze for seniors like me to navigate comfortably.
More seating areas would be lovely.

Great location and cozy stay!
Had a fab time here! The staff were super friendly and really made the experience special. My room was super comfy, and I had a great night's sleep each night. The breakfast options were decent, but it was kinda the same every day. an awesome place to stay when exploring nearby cities!

Arriving at the hotel was a bit of a letdown. The surrounding area felt desolate, and initially, I didn't notice much to do nearby. The room I settled into looked decent upon first glance, but closer inspection revealed cleanliness issues. there were numerous hairs in the bed. The bed itself felt lumpy and uncomfortable, making sleep difficult. I heard a constant hum from some machinery outside, which contributed to an uneasy night. The shower? That was a bright spot with excellent pressure. Breakfast, however, was far from ideal. We walked in full of hope, but the service was chaotic. After asking where to sit, the staff's attitude felt dismissive, and I noticed a lack of hot food options. I ordered, and the wait extended well beyond 30 minutes, leaving us with little more than cold toast. The reception staff remained polite and accommodating throughout, which I appreciated. Tunnocks tea cakes in the room were a delightful touch. All in all, the hotel featured friendly staff but struggled with cleanliness and breakfast service, and I left feeling disappointed.

The food was surprisingly delicious, especially the burgers! 🍔 But the noise from other guests made it hard to sleep.

The decor inside is striking and lends a relaxed vibe, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The location is handy, providing quick access to iconic spots and the vibrant city life, perfect for those wanting to explore.
Unfortunately, accessing the rooms was a hassle as there’s no lift access, which was tough on my bad leg, and the corridors had an uninspiring matte grey/blue paint job that felt more service corridor than welcoming. The cleanliness left much to be desired—dust along the carpet edges and behind the bed. A used earplug found beside it. I also encountered a grating noise from the bar while trying to sleep, and poorly functioning details like broken hangers and blown light bulbs seemed to indicate a lack of maintenance. not quite the quality I'd hope for given the price.

The staff really stand out. Laura’s exceptional service at the restaurant made my dining experience personal and welcoming.

Great stay with awesome staff!
We had such a nice stay! The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the coffee! The room was clean and cozy, really enjoyed the comfy bed. Only small bummer was the soundproofing wasn’t the best, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Loved the free parking too!

Perfect for a Family Getaway
We had a fab 3-night stay! The location was super handy for jumping on public transport. The double room was cozy, and the price was just right. They served a decent continental breakfast, which was a nice kickstart to our days. The only thing was that the bathroom could've used a bit of an update, but it was clean.

The food we had in the hotel was excellent. The potato scone starter was to die for and the staff were always helpful.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but acceptable for the quality.
